Reliable quality tuition            

1. All our tutors are self-employed and paid directly by the client.  The fee is agreed between the client and the tutor according to the Schedule. There may be a further fee payable for travel expenses - this should be agreed between the tutor and the client at the outset.
2. The agency makes every effort to ensure that tutors have the relevant qualifications and are suitable persons to be employed as private tutors.  No liability can be accepted by the agency for any act of negligence or misconduct by a tutor introduced to the client by the agency.
3. All introductions to tutors are for the exclusive benefit of the client. Clients undertake not to enter into private agreements with a tutor on their own, or another’s behalf or to introduce the tutor to another potential client except through the agency.
4. At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel a scheduled appointment with a tutor otherwise the full fee is payable.
5. The client is deemed to have accepted and agreed to these terms and conditions on acceptance of an introduction to a tutor by the agency.
